Tanner met with me a few time to discuss rates, get pre-qualified, and to answers the many questions I had in reference to the area. During this process we decided to build a home instead of buy an existing home. This was a lengthy process but when it was time to begin getting things in order to close we did some shopping around for rates again and I spoke with several loan specialists. I reached back out to Tanner again and told him the different rates that we were being offered and the conditions that went along with them. Tanner was great in helping me understand the different options and ultimately was able to give me the best option. He is very knowledgeable, understands the market space, and very relatable.
